Refunds Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026 · English version
Refund eligibility depends on the airline, hotel or booking provider’s conditions and applicable consumer law. This policy explains the request process without promising a refund before your booking has been reviewed.
1. Identify where you booked
For purchases completed on an external flight or hotel website, request changes and refunds from the seller named on your confirmation. Its terms and process apply. Click JETRadar can help identify the provider but cannot approve or pay a refund on another seller’s behalf.
For payments made through Click JETRadar checkout, contact our support team with the booking reference and payment details so we can check the transaction and applicable supplier rules.
2. Refund eligibility
Refundable fares or rooms, non-refundable bookings, no-shows, unused extras and partially used journeys have different conditions. Review the supplier’s cancellation rules before purchasing. A non-refundable booking may still have remedies or refundable components where the supplier’s rules or applicable law require them.
There is no universal free-cancellation period, automatic full refund or guaranteed refund deadline for all travel products. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. How to request a cancellation or refund
Open support chat and ask for human assistance with a refund. Provide your booking reference, contact email, travel dates, reason for the request and the payment reference if available. Do not share full card details, PINs or passwords.
Request assistance before the supplier’s cancellation or departure deadline where possible. Sending a message does not itself cancel a ticket or room. Wait for written confirmation of cancellation, the refund decision and any deductions.
4. Supplier cancellations and schedule changes
If an airline or hotel cancels or materially changes a confirmed service, available options may include a replacement, credit or refund under the supplier’s terms and applicable law. Contact the seller promptly before accepting alternatives, since your choice may affect refund eligibility.
Disruption, weather or missed connections do not automatically make all separate bookings refundable. Check each supplier’s conditions, travel insurance and any mandatory passenger rights.
5. Payment without confirmed travel
A payment receipt is not proof that a ticket has been issued. If payment was taken but travel was not confirmed, or you suspect a duplicate charge, contact support promptly. We will investigate the payment and supplier status before explaining the appropriate correction or refund process.
If a fare expires or the supplier cannot fulfil the request, any replacement price must be agreed before a new booking is made. Do not make repeated payments to resolve a pending transaction without checking its status.
6. Refund amounts, fees and currency
The eligible amount may depend on used travel, fare restrictions, refundable taxes and permitted supplier or payment charges. Any proposed deductions must be explained when your request is reviewed; this policy does not introduce a fixed Click JETRadar cancellation fee.
Refunds are normally returned through the original payment channel where possible, subject to provider procedures. Exchange-rate movements and bank conversion charges may mean the amount received in your local currency differs from the converted price you saw while browsing.
7. Processing and status
Timing depends on supplier approval, payment-provider processing and your bank. We cannot guarantee the same timeframe for every transaction. Ask support for the status, approved amount and any available refund reference, then contact your payment provider if an issued refund has not arrived.
8. Disputes and consumer rights
If you disagree with a decision, request a human review and provide supporting information. This policy does not prevent you from exercising statutory consumer rights or using your payment provider’s dispute process. A payment dispute does not itself cancel your travel booking.
