Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026 · English version
This policy describes how personal information is used when you browse Click JETRadar, request a booking, pay or contact support. External booking and payment websites have their own privacy policies.
1. Who handles your information
Click JETRadar handles information submitted through this website for its travel and customer-support services. See About Us for the operating companies and their registered addresses. Use support chat to request human assistance with privacy questions or to clarify which company handles your booking.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the service you use, this may include account and contact details, email and phone number, passenger names, travel-document type, identification number and expiry details, itinerary and booking choices, payment references and payment status.
We also receive support messages, booking references and information you choose to share in chat or trip-planner requests. Technical information such as browser, device, IP address, errors and service requests may be processed by our hosting and third-party services. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information or payment credentials in chat.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide search results, manage accounts and booking requests, communicate about travel, verify payments, assist customers, investigate errors and suspected misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
AI assistants process messages or planner inputs to generate answers and suggested itineraries. They may make mistakes; ask for a person when you need booking decisions or help with a complaint. AI suggestions are not confirmed travel arrangements.
5. Browser storage, cookies and third-party scripts
The site uses browser storage for functions such as account sessions, language and currency preferences, and booking progress. Language and currency preferences are stored per browser tab. External payment, hotel and third-party scripts may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
Your browser can block or clear cookies and stored data, although this may affect sign-in, saved progress or third-party features. Third-party promotional or tracking scripts may process technical data when they load. Review external providers’ privacy notices before using their services.
6. Storage, retention and security
Booking, customer and support records are held in our application services. We retain information for the purposes described here and applicable legal, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention obligations; the necessary period depends on the record and transaction. We do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date.
We use access controls and server-side credential handling to protect records, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information outside your country, where privacy rules may differ.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your information, deletion, or information about its use. Some records may need to be retained for lawful obligations or unresolved transactions. You can also ask questions about third-party sharing or raise a privacy complaint.
Contact support chat and ask to speak with a person about a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting; do not post passwords or full identity documents in the chat. External providers must handle requests about information they control through their own contact channels.
8. Other travellers and children
If you provide another traveller’s information, you must have authority to do so. A parent, guardian or authorised adult should provide information required for a child’s travel booking. The website is not intended for children to independently create accounts or make purchases.
9. Policy updates
This policy may change when our services or providers change. Check the revision date and contact support if you need clarification about the handling of a particular booking or request.
